Work can be submitted by email, phone, snail mail, or the cloud (Google Docs, Dropbox).
All calls and emails will be returned within 24 hours during business days. Calls and emails that come in on weekends and holidays will be returned on the next business day.
Yes. An agreement is written up so both parties are on the same page of the business services being provided and pricing.
Yes! Your privacy is of the utmost importance to L. Mykins Virtual Assistance. A confidentiality clause is in my agreement for each client, however, if you need your own confidentiality agreement, I’m happy to sign one.
My regular office hours are Monday – Friday 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM eastern time. If a situation arises where an urgent job has a deadline that will require me to work outside of these hours, let’s talk! L. Mykins Virtual Assistance is closed for all U.S. public national holidays.
Invoices are emailed at the beginning of the month for the previous month
Accepted forms of payments are PayPal, which takes credit and debit cards and checks through snail mail.
